Sadly, the FGS lost the Tarleton trophy this year for the frst time since we started playing a match against Tarleton each year in 2010. The photo above is of the trophy being handed over by Sharon.
The format this year was a little different. There were 26 players from Tarleton and 21 from the FGS playing individual stableford with the top 16 scores to count. The result was:
Tarleton: 36,35,33,32,29,29,29,28,28,27,26,26,25,25,24,24 = 456
FGS: 34,32,32,31,30,29,29,29,27,26,26,26,25,25,24,24 = 449
Top score on the day was Peter Metcalfe from Tarleton with 36 points. The top FGS player was Larry R with 34 points.
