A total of 125 euros was collected in entry fees. All of this money was returned as prizes as follows:
1st 50 euro voucher for MacGowan´s
2nd 40 euro voucher for the Almerimar Pro-Shop
3rd 35 euro voucher for the Almerimar Pro-Shop
4th 30 euro voucher for the Almerimar Pro-Shop
5th 20 euro voucher for the Almerimar Pro-Shop
Note: This was the first FGS Sunday competition and there were a number of issues with the process. 5 people either didn´t sign the competition book or didn´t sign the book in advance of playing in the competition.
The reason that signing the competition book and paying your entry fee in advance of playing in the competition is important is that it avoids people only submitting cards and paying their entry fee if they have had a good round.
IN THE FUTURE FOR ALL SUNDAY COMPETITIONS FAILURE TO SIGN THE COMPETITION BOOK AND PAY YOUR ENTRY FEE IN ADVANCE OF TAKING PART WILL LEAD TO AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE COMPETITION.
