The 2011 Xmas golf competition took place on Wednesday 14th December. The event had been arranged for a Wednesday to avoid clashes with other events taking place on the Almerimar course in December.
The competition was sponsored by Wilson Golf and Wilson Golf ran a demo day at the Almerimar course. Many thanks to Santiago for organising this.
The event was followed by a prize giving meal in the evening at the El Espigon restaurant here in Almerimar.
The competition was played on a wonderful day for golf. Bright sunshine and little breeze made for a perfect December day.
