We had 11 members taking part in the third summer Tuesday competition of 2016. At the last minute the course we were to play was changed. We played 10-14 on the Master course, followed by the Classic, followed by 15-18 of the Master course.
The weather was kind. It was sunny with not much wind.
The greens continue to improve following the recent hollow tining.
We had 3 people play better than their handicap and Sylvia took the prize for 4th place with 34 points.
Of the 11 players taking part 9 scored 30 or more points.
There people played better than their handicap. Well done to Jacqui (39 points), Mr President (37 points and second on count back) and Mel (37 points).
Three players were in their buffer zone. The other 5 players got 0.1 back on their exact handicap.
Looking at the results on the FGS site (delivered via Master Scoreboard) there were 6 birdies today. On holes 1, 6, 8 and 9 of the Classic course and two on hole 11 of the Master course.
